In recent years, with the increasing global energy crisis, the automotive industry has generally focused on the development of lightweight materials to solve this problem. Aluminum alloys have become the material of choice for lightweight vehicles due to their light weight, abundant resources and low prices. As an important part of the car, the radiator began to be gradually aluminumized to achieve the dual purpose of reducing the weight of the car and reducing the cost. The fins in the radiator are generally made of three-layer Clad brazed aluminum foil. The processing technology and working environment of the automobile heat exchanger require that the composite brazing aluminum foil must have suitable strength, good sag resistance and corrosion resistance. However, the performance of the composite brazing aluminum foil for domestic automobile radiators is relatively poor and unstable, which affects the service life of the radiator. Therefore, it is of great significance to find the influence factor and influence mechanism of the performance of composite brazing aluminum foil.
  In this paper, the relationship between the microstructure and properties of  Clad brazed aluminum foil and the influence of processing technology on the microstructure and properties of Clad brazed aluminum foil were studied. The experimental results show that the coarse recrystallized structure can improve the sag resistance. In the H1X state, the composite aluminum foil has the best sag resistance at 30% finishing ratio. As the rolling ratio increases, the finished structure tends to be fine, and fine recrystallized grains are formed after brazing.
