The development of the widely used heat exchangers in automobiles (including components such as automobile air conditioner,condensers, evaporators, radiator tanks, oil coolers) is divided into three stages. The first generation of all-aluminum heat exchanger is a serpentine tube structure, using of hydraulic methods to assemble the aluminum pipe mechanical expansion tube and heatsink together. Freon as a refrigerant inside the heat exchanger. In 1970 by the French company Sofic first successfully developed and put into mass production. Compared with the copper heat exchanger, aluminum heat exchanger light weight 35-45%. 1978 Alcan invented NOCOLOK non-corrosive flux welding process. In the late 1990s, with the increasing environmental protection requirements, all-aluminum heat exchangers have developed to the environment-friendly. Compared with the previous products, the latest generation of all-aluminum heat exchangers are environmentally-friendly products, which use non-fluorine refrigerants. In order to keep the heat exchange rate unchanged, the new all-aluminum heat exchanger is designed as a parallel flow structure to ensure high heat exchange efficiency.
