Brazing aluminum alloy brazing and aluminum alloy brazing plate.When brazing, the soldering material does not melt and the solder melts and fills the joint, connecting the workpiece.It can be used to make aluminum alloy brazing plate on aluminum alloy core material. It is widely used in manufacturing heat exchangers.
 
Low melting point and good fluidity of aluminum alloy .The typical aluminum alloy filler is 4343, 4045 (U.S. brand) and 4004 alloy.Its main chemical composition and characteristics are listed in table 1.The industrial pure aluminum, aluminum and mn alloys and 6951 (U.S. brand) alloys of al-magnesium-silicon alloy have good brazing properties. They can be soldered by the above aluminum alloy solder.Aluminum magnesium silicon department in 6061, 6053 (American brand) and 6063 alloy also have good brazing performance, but because they start melting temperature than the industrial pure aluminum and aluminum manganese alloy is low, so we will strictly control brazing temperature, to prevent the burnt.4004 solder containing magnesium, suitable for use in vacuum brazing method, in the process of brazing, magnesium reaction with furnace residue of oxygen and water vapor, purifying effect, magnesium vapor also inhibit by reoxidation of brazing aluminium alloy.
 
Aluminum alloy brazing sheet is usually by the department of aluminum manganese alloy (China brand 3 a21, 3003) core material and aluminum solder coated layer of composite panels, the Chinese brand of aluminum alloy brazing sheet and chemical components listed in table 2.The manufacturing process is that the aluminum solder plate on the one side or two sides core material ingot billet, preheat to hot rolling temperature (500 ℃), hot rolled, cold rolled sheet, again cladding layer completely bonding to the core material.The thickness of the cladding layer is 5% ~ 15% of the thickness of the core material.
 
The aluminum alloy brazing plate is usually used as one part of brazing component, and the other is the brazing aluminum alloy material without coating.Brazing, the component is placed within the furnace or salt bath evenly heated to high temperatures, melting brazing solder on the board, by capillary action and gravity flow, fill to connect parts of a joint, can be welded to hundreds or more contacts at the same time.They are widely used in various heat exchangers.
